I found this photo in "Critiqueable" section and it drew my attention. The first impression was perfect!

It's difficult to say whether I like it or not.
Hmm, let me start from the minuses of this deviation:
- sharpness! or rather the lack of sharpness here. The main object (flower) isn't sharp at all... Your camera caught the focus on the stalk, and I suppose it wasn't your aim.
- the background - it's good that at least you didn't focus on it but these curves should be straight and horizontal. In my opinion they spoil this photo a bit...

I like:
- the object, because it's rather an original idea to take a photo of such flower
- colours - you didn't saturated them too much and they are "balanced"
- the composition of this deviation (a flower in the middle of the photo would look not not interesting)


If I can advise you something, take sharpness into account. This photo would be much better if you focused on the flower, not on the stalk.
